The MAV Cluster held an information session in English on Tuesday, January 14th to present the second training open call of the POLREC project. This initiative, which seeks to promote innovative solutions in polymer recycling and the reduction of plastic waste, was attended by several interested organizations.

The session, held in online format, presented the POLREC project and offered a detailed explanation of the training call.

An opportunity for SMEs and service providers

The POLREC project, funded by the European Commission, offers grants of up to €1,460 per application (with a maximum of 2 applications per SME) to access training on innovative recycling, digital processes or specific technical skills in polymers. Training service providers can also participate by developing high-impact programs.

Deadlines and requirements

The call will remain open until February 25, 2025, and applications can be submitted through the project submission platform. All approved training must be completed by May 16, 2025.
